Brendan Clancy regularly performs with Brian in Festivals, concerts and club appearances since age sixteen. Brendan plays guitar and Appalachian dulcimer and lead and harmony vocals for the band. He began playing the dulcimer while in grade school and was performing in talent contests and being recognized for his ability in a short period of time.
Before long, Brendan was borrowing his dad's guitars and learning to play all on his own. His mature style of flat-picking reveals a terrific ability to duplicate whatever he hears from his father or other musicians. Brendan was in the pit band for the musical "Tommy" while attending Regis High School. He brings a good deal of modern Irish music to the band, and has developed distinctive harmonies for a wide variety of the band's material.
